Based in Las Vegas, he has played a central role in the design and delivery of major projects on the Strip—including Caesars Palace, Bellagio, and Rio—while leading large, complex developments across the country. Since joining Cuningham in 2012, Brett has been instrumental in guiding high-profile casino, hotel, and resort projects from concept through completion, ensuring each reflects client vision and operational excellence. 

Brett’s portfolio extends far beyond Las Vegas, with significant work in Atlantic City, the Gulf Coast, and throughout Indian Country. He has partnered with more than 25 sovereign nations to bring cultural integrity and community identity forward in gaming and hospitality design. His leadership on projects such as the Emerald Queen Casino Resort in Washington and the Tachi Palace Casino Resort in California underscores his ability to deliver transformative spaces that blend performance, storytelling, and long-term value.
