Aria Sky Villa Remodel

The redesign of Aria’s Sky Villas blends richly textured interiors with a full complement of exceptional services — further cementing Aria as the standard for luxury on the Las Vegas Strip.

As Architect of Record, Cuningham worked with KES Studio to lead the development and execution of the seven exclusive, two-bedroom Sky Villas, which sit high above the Strip and offer floor-to-ceiling Las Vegas views. Design features include colorful furnishings, unique seating spaces, art deco-inspired bathrooms with waterfall steam showers, and full kitchens allow guests to hire a celebrity chef to prepare a personal meal for them inside their villa.
