Morimoto at MGM Grand

Cuningham helped bring celebrity chef Masaharu Morimoto’s first Las Vegas restaurant to the MGM Grand Hotel and Casino. This renovation of an existing Asian restaurant space included a new bar and lounge featuring Morimoto’s signature sake, a gourmet sushi bar, and teppanyaki grill tables — a first for a Morimoto establishment. The space was adapted with a modern Japanese grace, as evidenced by the refined finishes and elegant lighting.
