As Design Director for the firm’s Hospitality and Entertainment markets, Michele leverages nearly three decades of experience to provide strategic, thoughtful, and creative interior design solutions that help the firm’s clients elevate themselves within their industries. Michele understands that we live in a visually-driven world; she applies research, motivation, and inspiration to think beyond current trends and provide custom-tailored solutions that help clients realize their strategic visions.  
  
From expansive gaming resorts such as Harrah’s Cherokee Casino Resort in North Carolina to award-winning boutique hospitality projects and transformative branded hotel renovations, Michele’s impact is on the design outcomes as well as the mentoring of emerging professionals to achieve higher levels of design innovation. She is an active member of the Network of Executive Women in Hospitality (NEWH) North Central Chapter and uses both her design and business acumen to fuse data-driven, industry insights with aesthetically-pleasing, immersive interior experiences.
