Dan brings over 25 years of experience leading complex, large-scale projects across healthcare, mixed-use, hospitality, high-rise residential, and retail sectors. A proven leader, Dan combines deep technical expertise with a strategic focus on business growth, operational excellence, and client value creation.

Since joining Cuningham in 2019, Dan has spearheaded transformative projects such as the 800,000-square-foot Valleywise Health Medical Center and the HonorHealth Deer Valley Expansion. As former Director of Project Delivery, he advanced firmwide standards, building high-performing, cross-functional teams and implementing innovative processes that elevated efficiency and strengthened outcomes.

Now as Chief Operating Officer, Dan drives Cuningham’s operational performance, aligning design excellence and market growth. His passion for alternative project delivery, lean design and construction, and emerging design technologies supports a culture of continuous innovation. By integrating the business and design sides of practice, Dan ensures Cuningham consistently delivers both architectural vision and measurable client value.
