Dan Olic

Dan Olic is a seasoned leader with over 25 years of experience managing large-scale, technical projects across a wide range of market sectors, including healthcare, large scale mixed-use, hospitality, high-rise residential, and retail. His dedication to fostering a collaborative and innovative environment makes him an invaluable asset to Cuningham and our clients. 

Since joining Cuningham in 2018, Dan has successfully led high-profile projects, including the 800k square foot Valleywise Health Medical Center and the Honor Health Deer Valley Expansion. Prior to joining Cuningham Dan held a leadership role on Manhattan West – one of the largest and most complex developments on Manhattans Far West Side, showcasing his expertise in project management and ability to effectively guide teams through each phase of a project with technical rigor and efficiency.  

Previously Dan was the Director of Project Delivery, building and facilitating high-performing, cross-functional teams. His passion for alternative project delivery, lean design and construction, emerging design technologies, and collaboration has driven innovation and delivered exceptional value to clients. His keen interest in the business side of architecture has ensured projects consistently perform at high levels without compromising design quality.
