Amy is the Executive Director of Cuningham’s Live Studio, where she brings over 20 years of experience in residential design. She is committed to creating healthy living environments that empower residents, foster meaningful connections, increase accessibility, and reflect occupants’ cultures and identities. Her commitment to investing in shifting and emerging markets enables Cuningham to proactively identify solutions that improve quality of life for residents and communities. 

With extensive successful cross-market work that includes senior living, student living, market-rate apartments, affordable/supportive housing, and master plan projects, Amy’s breadth of perspective helps ensure that every project reflects the firm’s dedication to nature positive outcomes and the creation of equity for disadvantaged and underprivileged communities.
