Revelry Living
Saturday Properties’ Revelry is a new, 420+ unit luxury apartment complex in Madison, Wisconsin that fosters a lively, community-oriented lifestyle. As the first phase of a three-phase development, Revelry sets the stage for a connected community experience, with its sister building, The Maddy, providing a contrasting yet complementary environment.
Featuring a wide variety of unit types and flexible multi-use spaces, such as a rooftop deck, fire pit, outdoor pool, lounge areas, and rain gardens, the Revelry’s atmosphere is playful and energetic, and is designed to contrast with the forthcoming Maddy, which will provide a more subdued, easy-going atmosphere. Because residents will have access to both communities, designers created this dichotomy to foster a sense of personalization and encourage community connections among a broad range of personality types—both inside and outside of the building.
The two communities also complement each other via siting and building layout. Visually-similar main entrances are located adjacent to one another and create a unified exterior appearance upon approach. The two buildings are also connected by a shared plaza pathway. Named Badger Alley, in reference to the University of Madison, this communal area can transform into a hub of activity on game days, with Revelry’s ground floor club room providing spill over capacity.
