TCF Bank (currently Huntington Bank) engaged Cuningham to design its new prototype in an effort to increase the regional bank’s visibility and brand awareness. The resulting prototype is more transparent and casual, acknowledging the paradigm shift from banker-focused to customer-centric design. By promoting interaction between bankers and customers, TCF’s new design transforms its current brand to a full-service financial institution.
Cuningham is assisted TCF with the roll-out of its new design to over 300 locations in five states.
