Nina Broadhurst

With more than 30 years of experience, Nina serves as Executive Director of Cuningham’s Residential Market, bringing expertise in site master planning, design, and construction for a wide range of project types. She understands the challenges clients and developers face and applies strong leadership to guide teams through every stage of the design process. By working closely with clients, she ensures projects align with long-term goals while maintaining design integrity and technical precision. 

Nina brings a broad perspective on industry trends and opportunities that help clients differentiate themselves in competitive markets. Since 2005, she has led project teams on the Epic Systems campus in Verona, Wisconsin, helping to shape one of the most distinctive corporate campuses in the country. A passionate advocate for regenerative design and the circular economy, she holds Living Future Accreditation and certification as Circular Economy Trained by the Circular Economy Institute. She combines deep technical expertise with thought leadership, positioning clients for success and creating environments that are both innovative and enduring.
