Located in Santa Monica’s vibrant downtown business district, this mixed-use housing and retail project adds to the city’s urban fabric with street-level activity and a design that fosters the area’s walkability.
The project is centered around two exterior courtyards, which feature lush landscaping, fountains, and outdoor spaces for social interaction among residents. One courtyard functions as an activity hub with a salt water pool, bar, pool table, games, and plenty of lounge seating, while the other is geared toward relaxation with a salt water spa, fire pit, and comfortable seating. Cuningham Group carefully planned the path of travel residents would take upon arrival at the property, in turn creating a bright, accessible and fluid environment.
This project is LEED® Certified and is a certified Green Point rated community. Sustainable features include solar panels that heat the pool and green walls clad with native, self-irrigating plants.
