Northfield Affordable Living (LIHTC)

Northfield Apartments, an affordable living and energy-efficient, 84-unit apartment development located in Denver’s growing Central Park neighborhood, provides the city with much-needed affordable housing options. This public-private development is one of the first completed in Denver using the city’s Revolving Affordable Housing Loan fund. Designed with livability in mind, the development includes pedestrian walkways and a center courtyard which provides a safe retreat from busy adjacent streets and space for large playgrounds, outdoor cooking and gardening.
