Eagle Meadow Homes is the first phase of a thoughtfully-planned, three-building complex in Aurora, Colorado, designed in collaboration with non-profit Community Housing Partners (CHP). Offering a mix of 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom units to households between 30-60% of the Area Median Income, this vibrant community provides families with an affordable and welcoming place to call home.

Programmed to maximize residents’ access to nature, Eagle Meadow Homes features shared gardens, custom nature play areas, picnic areas, and natural walking paths. Swales and xeric plantings are woven into parking areas to soften the hardscape, while a special viewing deck overlooks the nearby Toll Gate Creek Greenway. Additionally, the project built to meet Enterprise Green Communities standards and includes an all-electric infrastructure and is PV-ready for rooftop solar panels to power common areas.

Inside, residents enjoy state-of-the-art apartments with in-unit washers and dryers, and outdoor spaces like patios or Juliet balconies. Amenities such as playgrounds, a community room with a computer lab, and an on-site CHP Resident Services Coordinator to provide referrals to resources, after school activities, adult education and host events, further enhances the living experience.
