Jen Garman

As a regenerative design leader at Cuningham, Jen brings a deep understanding of how the built environment can actively restore natural ecosystems and promote equitable, resilient communities. She approaches each project with the belief that design should give back more than it takes—moving beyond sustainability toward regeneration. Through her work in Cuningham’s K–12 market, Jen helps schools across the country reimagine learning environments as spaces that nurture students, strengthen communities, and restore the natural world. Living Futures accredited, Jen bridges vision with implementation, guiding teams to integrate site ecology, material health, and community engagement into every design decision.
