Cuningham Names Todd Novak Minneapolis Market Leader

Strategic hire strengthens the firm’s regional presence and supports continued growth across the Midwest.

Cuningham has named Todd Novak, AIA, NCARB, Minneapolis Market Leader.

An accomplished design and business development leader with more than 28 years of experience, Novak will lead complex projects, strengthen long-term client relationships, and work with leaders across the firm to support sustained regional growth.

“Todd understands that growth begins with listening to clients and recognizing where design can advance their broader goals,” says Minneapolis Office Director Craig St. Clair. “His design leadership and knowledge of the region will strengthen how our Minneapolis office serves our clients.”

Novak will work closely with St. Clair to guide the strategy and growth of Cuningham’s Minneapolis office. Together, they will strengthen Cuningham’s local capabilities and business development efforts around the needs of regional clients.

Throughout his career, Novak has led high-performing teams across multiple states, built studios from the ground up, and developed successful approaches to long-term business growth.
