Kaiser Santa Monica Medical Office Building Tenant Improvement

An eight provider Reimagining Ambulatory Care Design (RAD) clinic, is Kaiser’s first expansion into the City of Santa Monica. The space, which is located on the second floor, evolved from shared concerns regarding member experience, including lack of connectedness to outdoor space, a known stimulant of one’s autonomic nervous system. As a result, the incoming patient and visitor experience begins with a welcome entry located directly in front of the main elevator lobby.

Santa Monica’s iconic Palisades Park inspired design elements throughout the public spaces including finishes, artwork, an innovative intermittent 3D soundscape, and interactive LED visual screens that react in response to motion sensors.
