Paolo Lovagnini

Growing up and studying architecture in Italy, Paolo developed an early appreciation for the deep connections between the built environment, social justice, and environmental responsibility. This perspective has guided his decades-long career at Cuningham, where he brings technical and management expertise to every project. Since 1989, Paolo has served as project manager, project architect, and construction administrator on education, restaurant, retail, and theater projects, keeping design teams and consultants focused on achieving client goals. 

Paolo works closely with clients to ensure projects meet both vision and budget. His steady leadership and attention to detail help align diverse teams around shared objectives, resulting in environments that perform with integrity, functionality, and long-term value.
