Lynn Orosco

As Executive Director of Human Resources, Lynn leads Cuningham’s HR strategy with a focus on cultivating a culture of inclusion, collaboration, and growth. She partners closely with leadership, overseeing firmwide talent initiatives—including recruitment, retention, professional development, and employee engagement—and ensuring that every team member has the opportunity to contribute to the firm’s long-term success. 

Lynn brings a rich background in change management, organization development, and leadership development across multiple industries, including healthcare and financial services. She works closely with diverse stakeholders to understand where the firm is on its cultural and organizational journey and to shape strategies tailored to Cuningham’s specific needs. By grounding her work in a deep understanding of people and process, Lynn helps build a workplace where individuals feel valued, supported, and empowered to do their best work.
