Located on a tight industrial site surrounded by residential homes, Millennium Santa Monica Apartments is a multifaceted endeavor that includes retail, market-rate housing, and production/entertainment office space. The building is a fluid, interconnected campus where the mix between built form and open space connects residents, visitors, and workers from within the site and among the surrounding adjacent developments, in turn extending the urban fabric and city grid. Achieved LEED Platinum Certification.
