McCaslin Road Plan (South Boulder Road Small Area Plan)
The McCaslin Road Small Area Plan transforms an automobile-centric and under-utilized area in Louisville, Colorado into a mixed-use district adjacent to a regional open space. The plan defines development types according to intensity so the highest intensity is next to a transit station and existing neighborhoods are protected from impacts of regional traffic. The plan also includes design principles that will ensure the area is developed at a human scale and with appropriate amenities.
