The 274 units will be fully furnished and accommodate 882 residents. The former brownfield site features a host of environmental, social, and sustainable measures including green, transit-oriented initiatives such as on premise electric vehicles, various energy and pedestrian enhancements, and ample bike parking. Fieldhouse will also allocate 8% of bedrooms for affordable Student Eligible Housing.
Students will appreciate the study rooms and printing stations; a full shared kitchen; game room with poker table, bubble hockey, shuffleboard, TVs, and vending machines; and the state-of-the-art fitness center with sauna and group studios.
Amenities include terraces on the fourth floor with a pool, four-season outdoor spa with lounge areas, grilling stations, and artificial turf.
