Central Park Urban Living

Central Park Urban Living are condominiums that feel like townhomes. A three-story pedestrian-friendly street facade with walk-up “front-porch” balconies gives the building a more intimate scale than the typical five-story multi-family building. With eight different angles, the building’s façade also creates interest as it shifts along the curve and responds to the adjacent urban environment. Multiple segments on the exterior feature different materials, breaking down the scale of the façade even further. Large windows with shifting mullion patterns allow natural light to penetrate deep into each unit while brick headers add detail and interest at the human scale.
