1616 South at Platt Park
1616 South at Platt Park is bringing energetic, urban design to Denver’s rapidly growing South Broadway (SoBo) district neighborhood. The 40-unit, three-story mixed-use building achieves a modern, industrial look on the façade through the use of a contrasting color palate and diverse mix of materials, including obsidian brick, reclaimed teak and elements of stucco. The site was originally home to the Broadway Motel and the design team incorporated vintage 1950s-era design elements in the lobby as a tribute to the former space.
