Affordable Living Community Opens in Golden, Colorado

We were honored to attend the recent grand opening for the Flats at Ford St., a new affordable living community in Golden, Colorado!

Located just steps from historic downtown Golden and filled with a variety of shared amenities, Flats at Ford St. provides one, two, and three-bedroom homes for residents at 60 percent of the area median income or lower.
