Colleen Carey is the president and founder of The Cornerstone Group, a mission-driven, socially responsible real estate company that focuses on transformative redevelopment projects; they have special expertise in mixed-use developments and affordable housing and a strong emphasis on sustainable design.

Colleen currently serves as a National Trustee for the Urban Land Institute as well as the Governance Chair of the Minnesota District Council of the Urban Land Institute. In addition, she has served on the Board of the Minnesota Land Trust, The Illusion Theater and Tubman Center as well as numerous other community and professional organizations.
