Since joining Cuningham in 1996, Shaun has built a reputation as a skilled leader, guiding projects with clarity, collaboration, and client focus. He works closely with clients, consultants, and contractors to develop a thorough understanding of each project’s needs and communicates those priorities effectively to the entire team. Drawing on experience across all phases of the design process, Shaun applies his diverse skills to a wide range of project types, ensuring outcomes that align with client goals and deliver long-term value.

In addition to his project leadership, Shaun advances the firm’s operational strength by helping to develop and implement management systems, tools, and processes. His dual focus on client service and internal improvement strengthens Cuningham’s ability to deliver consistent, high-quality results while fostering collaboration across teams and disciplines.
